Jazz vocalist and community favorite Maud Hixson is back to help you get into the spirit of the season. Join us for an afternoon of festive refreshments as Maud performs holiday classics in her “gently virtuosic” style.
At 84 years young, Shannondale of Knoxville resident Norm Naylor continues to make an incredible impact in the Knoxville community. 🌟
For more than 25 years, Norm has volunteered at Zoo Knoxville, greeting visitors, mentoring fellow volunteers, and sharing his lifelong passion for learning and service.
“I’ve always been engaging people,” Norm shared. “The zoo is such a tremendous asset to the community of Knoxville, and I’d like to be part of that.”
We’re so proud to see Norm featured on WBIR for his dedication and inspiring example of purposeful living at every age.
