At 84 years young, Shannondale of Knoxville resident Norm Naylor continues to make an incredible impact in the Knoxville community. 🌟
For more than 25 years, Norm has volunteered at Zoo Knoxville, greeting visitors, mentoring fellow volunteers, and sharing his lifelong passion for learning and service.
“I’ve always been engaging people,” Norm shared. “The zoo is such a tremendous asset to the community of Knoxville, and I’d like to be part of that.”
